When creating a Lotto.com account, you must provide details so we can confirm your identity and age. The lotteries in the states where we operate require us to have Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information, as lottery tickets cannot be legally purchased by minors.
If we cannot confirm your identity, we may ask that you provide a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to complete your account verification.
