At Lotto.com, your safety is our top priority.
We want our customers to feel completely secure when using our site to play the state lottery.
A common lottery scam may involve the scammer contacting an individual by text, phone, email, or mail, and claiming that the recipient has won a prize with a state lottery. This is a fraudulent claim if it’s not directly from Lotto.com.
We encourage you to never respond to fraudulent lottery messages without confirming that you are speaking to the Lotto.com Success Team from our email success@lotto.com, as well as viewing your Lotto.com account to confirm your winnings.

- Due to state rules and regulations, you must be physically located in one of our eligible locations in order to play on Lotto.com.
- Receiving calls from Caller IDs with area codes located outside of the United States.
- Receiving urgent requests for personal information, such as passwords or bank details.
- Receiving emails that contain suspicious links or attachments.
- Unusual grammatical errors in emails or websites.
Lotto.com will always reach out to the customer by email in the case of a winning ticket from our email success@lotto.com.
